Your Child & Divorce

My Parents' Successful Divorce

To hear a divorce described as “successful” often catches people by surprise. This is no wonder considering the emotional upset that goes along with most divorces. However, having lived most of my life with divorced parents I can say with 100% certainty that my parents' divorce was successful. It was successful in the sense that I always had the unquestioned love and support of my mother and father. It was successful because I was never aware of any upset or argument between them, even when it existed. It was successful because each parent always showed respect for the other, although they may have disagreed on the issue. It was successful because I was allowed to develop my own relationship with each parent, never influenced by the frustration of the divorce. It was successful because my parents eventually developed a new friendship – one which we could all enjoy together.

Our family went through divorce and was able to create a more loving, supportive and successful environment than ever could have been imagined. It is possible and I would like to share with you how my parents accomplished it.

“Having operated Her Online Network for years I have seen numerous resources regarding divorce - none of which has received more positive feedback than Your Child and Divorce.” - Jason Iucalano, CEO, Her Online Network
